In January 2023, I began my internship as a real estate agent with one clear goal: to provide my clients with a professional and high-quality service.
Less than two years later, I obtained my official BIV/IPI accreditation.
As a licensed BIV/IPI real estate agent and a member of CIB, I can provide official proof of my professional qualifications and reliability within the real estate sector.

Just four months after receiving my accreditation, I opened my own real estate agency in the heart of Gistel.
This was a conscious choice to establish a strong local presence and remain easily accessible to clients in Gistel, Oudenburg, Ichtegem, Koekelare, and the surrounding region.
I was born in Ostend and now live in Eernegem, making Gistel the ideal base for serving the area.

After three years working within a franchise network, I felt it was time to fully embrace my own vision.
Today, I am writing my own story as an independent real estate agent under the name Huis ID, with a strong focus on quality, trust, and results.
